Accounts From Those We Have Worked With
Wichai Pornprasert
Bangkok — Documentation Preparation
I had been putting off the pension claim for almost two years because the paperwork felt overwhelming. Ramkhamhaeng Law took the whole thing apart and put it back together properly. They tracked down employment records I had thought were lost. The submission went in without any follow-up from the authority, which I understand is not always the case.

Siriwan Thongchai
Chiang Mai — Determination Review
The determination I received did not match what I expected based on my contribution record. I asked Ramkhamhaeng Law to review it. The written opinion they provided was detailed and clear — it identified two specific areas where the calculation appeared to differ from the standard method. I appreciated that they were straightforward about which avenue was more realistic to pursue.

Anan Kongkiat
Bangkok — Documentation Preparation
Straightforward and professional. I came in knowing very little about the documentation requirements, and the team walked me through what was needed without making me feel like I was wasting their time. The completed file was handed to me in good order and the fee was what they quoted at the start.

Panida Rattanaphan
Nonthaburi — Litigation Counsel
My matter had been unresolved through the administrative process for over a year before I instructed Ramkhamhaeng Law for court proceedings. The pre-litigation consultation was exactly what I needed — honest, not rushed, and they were clear about what litigation would realistically involve. The case took about eight months to conclude and I was kept informed throughout.

Chaichan Suwannakul
Pathum Thani — Determination Review
I was not sure whether the determination I had received was wrong or whether I had simply misunderstood the calculation. The review clarified that — it was my understanding that was incomplete, not the authority's calculation. I would rather know that early than spend money pursuing something incorrectly. The opinion was worth having regardless of the outcome.

Nanthida Lertprasong
Samut Prakan — Documentation Preparation
I worked with Nattawan on the documentation. She was patient when I did not have certain records readily available and helped me understand exactly which documents were required and why. The whole process took about three weeks from our first meeting to the completed file, which was faster than I expected.

Case Studies
Three Client Journeys in Detail
Case Study 01 — Documentation Preparation
Incomplete Employment Records, Bangkok
Challenge
The client had worked for three employers over a 22-year period. One employer had closed and its records were held by a successor company. Contribution records for a four-year period were missing from the client's own files and had not been confirmed by the Social Security Office.
What We Did
We submitted formal records requests to the successor company and to the Social Security Office simultaneously. Both responded within the statutory period. The contribution record was reconstructed in full and the declaration was drafted to reflect the complete employment history.
Outcome
Claim submitted with a complete file. No follow-up requests from the authority during review. Determination received within the standard period.
Duration: 4 weeks
"I had assumed those missing years would cause problems. Knowing they had been properly addressed before submission made the wait much easier."
Case Study 02 — Determination Review
Methodology Discrepancy, Chiang Mai
Challenge
The client had received a pension determination that appeared lower than the amount expected based on her contribution history. She was uncertain whether this reflected an error or whether her understanding of the calculation basis was incorrect.
What We Did
We reviewed the determination methodology against the applicable regulations and compared it to the client's contribution record. The review identified that one period of contributions had been applied to the wrong calculation period, affecting the final figure by approximately 12%.
Outcome
Written opinion delivered identifying the discrepancy. Client used the opinion to submit a reconsideration request to the authority. The determination was amended following the reconsideration process.
Duration: 3 weeks for opinion; 6 months for reconsideration outcome
"Having the written opinion gave me something concrete to rely on when I wrote to the authority. It was taken seriously in a way that my own letter would probably not have been."
Case Study 03 — Litigation Counsel
Administrative Review Exhausted, Nonthaburi
Challenge
The client had completed the full administrative review process without success. The determination had been upheld at each stage. She wanted to understand whether court proceedings were a realistic option before making any decision.
What We Did
We conducted a pre-litigation assessment and discussed the realistic prospects openly. Our view was that the case had arguable grounds worth pursuing. Pleadings were prepared, filed, and the matter was represented through to judgment over approximately eight months.
Outcome
The court found in the client's favour in part, resulting in a recalculated determination. The outcome did not match the client's full claim but represented a material improvement on the original determination.
Duration: 8 months court proceedings
"They were honest with me from the start that a full outcome was uncertain. I appreciated that they kept telling me what was actually happening rather than what I might have wanted to hear."
